The word "Bureau" is part of a private business name. It does not indicate a public office, a public agency or any delegated government authority. Certified Payroll Bureau does not issue determinations, grant approvals or enforce prevailing wage requirements.

Information published by Certified Payroll Bureau is general and administrative in nature. It is not legal advice and does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Contractors remain responsible for their own compliance determinations and for the certification of their payroll records.
Descriptions of government requirements published on this website are summaries provided for orientation, with sources identified. Requirements change and may apply differently to a given project. 4.No engagement created by website use
Use of this website, submission of an inquiry, or correspondence with the Bureau does not create a service engagement.
Services are provided only under a separate written agreement identifying the covered projects, jurisdictions, reporting periods and the division of responsibility between the contractor and the Bureau.
5.Contractor responsibility
Where services are engaged, the contractor remains responsible for the accuracy of the payroll and project information it provides, for factual confirmations requested during review, for payroll approval, and for executing any required certification.
The Bureau does not certify payroll records on a contractor's behalf.

Payroll system names appearing on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not indicate any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.
Links to government and third-party websites are provided for reference. Those sites are operated independently and the Bureau is not responsible for their content.
7.Submissions through this website
Do not submit worker payroll records, Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information through this website. Secure transfer arrangements are established at engagement.
